Hi there, I’m Alyssa.

I’m a board certified Integrative and Holistic Health Practitioner and I created this package for women just like you.

I was 2 years old when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and put on long-term antibiotics. This set the course for the rest of my life - a never-ending battle with autoimmune and countless chronic conditions affecting every part of my body.
